Google Wave.. Fail?
So did Google Wave just fail?
I mean, it was supposed to be redefining email and all that fun buggery, but to be honest, I’ve not yet see anyone offer Google Wave as a means of contacting them – maybe this was one of the projects that Google would rather forget?
There was a huge buzz as it launched, as I remember, but since then it seems to have gone down like a lead balloon, I joined, with one contact, failed to see the point and never used it again.
I’m curious as to whether there is.. *anyone* that uses wave routinely for a means of contact? Or did it just die?

I use it almost daily…. I have a bunch of shared projects and we build a wave and sub waves for parts of the projects and all have access to change and update bits as things are done and things move on.
So we can share a brief, a todo list…. chat about any little bits that need changing and all sorts.
Google Wave is a slow burn but they released it in Alpha. I am sure when it gets full release it will do well.
That would make sense; but it has such a small reach at the moment that it doesn’t make sense for me to use it for anything like that.. the people I work with don’t have it.
I see your point though, maybe once it goes fully public the uptake will be better?
Oh by the way, you need to set up feedburner and email rss signup…. I can’t see anyway to follow you
