It would appear that I have a bad record with phones, I wreck them very quickly. This one’s only six months old, it’s gone back to Nokia Care to have a vibration issue sorted out. Phone decided that it no longer wanted to vibrate. At all.
Everything seemed pretty good, the people in the call center were British, which makes a nice change, and the guy I got was very helpful. That said, as I tweeted while on the phone, the woman they make you listen to while on hold is gets VERY annoying after about.. two minutes?
I’m now faced with up too 15 days with no phone, which is never good. I’m hoping they get it back to me by Friday, so I have it to start back at college with, but apparently it’s unlikely. I’m borrowing my Mothers lovely Nokia 1600, which is nothing like what I’m used to using, but I guess it does the job.
I really wish Nokia were like Sony Ericsson, who just brought me a new handset to swap for my old one, but apparently that’s not going to happen. Heh.
I really am becoming a sony ericsson hater, my phone is brand new yet i cant hear anyone half the time and it has started to make strange noises
I hate phones!
Hm, that’s weird. My old SE was amazing. It survived three trips into the sea, being dropped on/ thrown at everything you can think of and lots of other abuse, and the only thing that’s given up is the camera. It was seriously tough
Give SE a ring, I’m sure they’ll fix/ replace it for you
